2025 Quilt Show and Craft Faire

Dear Vendors,
Quilters by the Sea (QBS) is happy to announce our 2025 Quilt Show and Craft Faire.
We are looking for vendors to participate selling their wares!!
This event is an outside event similar to a “farmers market” theme. We have 4 home locations within a couple miles of each other displaying Quilts, Vendors, Basket Raffles, Quilt Sales, and more.
Show Space Cost: $45.00
Setup Time: 8:00 am | Breakdown Time: 4pm
Vendors are to provide setup and break down of their own equipment, tables, 1-10’x10’ EZ up, etc.
We apologize, electric access or Wi-Fi most likely will not be available at the location.

Advertising Cost: Ad will be in the show “Passport” Information Book
Not able to attend but would like to participate by advertising?
- Business Card: $25.00
- Half Page: 3×4 inches: $50
- Full Page: 4×6 inches: $100
More details and information will be coming to you late April 2025.
We understand sometimes things change, however refunds will not be provided after March 31, 2025.
