Taught by QBS member Alan Calgaro. The Pineapple pattern! This is one of my favorite quilt block designs and is part of the Log Cabin family of patterns. In traditional quilting, this can be a very challenging design because of the intricate angles and small pieces. Creation of the Pineapple quilt block is simplified with the use of In-the-Hoop construction.
The class will teach construction for a 5″ pineapple quilt block. Once you’ve mastered the In-the-Hoop technique, you will create additional blocks to create a table runner or other project. The table runner project measures approximately 39″x20″.
Once signed up for the class, you will be sent the Fabric requirements and cutting instructions for the Table runner.
NOTE: This is an embroidery machine project.
