Quilts Entry Deadline is March 9, 2023!
Who can enter a quilt? Any current guild member
What if my quilt isn’t done? We ask that the top be complete as of the entry deadline with extremely high confidence that it will be complete by the show.
I’m a new quilter, should I enter? Absolutely! We’d love to see a quilt from every member. Variety is what makes a great show.
How many quilts can I enter? You can enter as many quilts as you like, we will do our best to find spots for all quilts depending on the number of entrants your 2nd and on quilts may not be displayed.
What size quilts can be entered? Any size can be entered. Remember we are outside,if your quilt is longer than 60 inches, provide a sheet to place under it to keep it off the grass, driveway, etc.
What if my quilt isn’t square? Please discuss any special hanging needs with the quilt show chairs.
What if I have to pull my entry? Your entry can be pulled at any time. We understand that there are sometimes circumstances beyond your control. Please notify the Quilt Show Co-Chairs.

What do I have to do to my quilt?
- Complete the online entry form and provide a picture of the quilt.
- 1 form is required for each quilt.
- Your Name and Phone Number should be on your quilt (label, pinned, etc.).
- Place Quilt in a pillowcase or cloth bag that closes – no plastic bags.
- Write Name and Phone number on Quilt bag
- 1 Quilt per bag.
- You will be assigned a specific number for every quilt entered. This will be required to pick up your quilt after the show.
- Your quilts will be assigned to one of the 4 locations for drop off / pick up.
